All devices sent from Invicta Wireless is preactivated. If you have a device that has not been activated please fill out the following form to activate your device: Helio Handset Activation. We can activate devices bought from other retailers as well.
Absolutely. To port your number to Helio, make sure you let us know before shipping out your phone. If you have already received your phone then please call 888.88.HELIO to transfer your number over. We will need your current carrier account number to setup the number transfer to your new Helio device.
Absolutely. You can transfer your landline over to your new Helio device, it will just take 2-3 days for the transfer versus 2-3 hours for wireless numbers.
Night time minutes start at 9 PM, we currently do not have early night time minutes, but we are working on this.
All phones are activated with a two year contract. You get 30 days to try out the service without any obligation. You can upgrade or downgrade service without any contract extension.
Helio will provide all the customer support, we at Invicta Wireless just provide the handsets. We also have dedicated Tier 2 support in case Helio is not able to assist you. You can contact Helio customer support at anytime by calling 888.88.HELIO.

Q: How do I move my phone numbers from my current phone to my new Helio device?
A:If transferring from a previous carriers phone, contact them on how you can acquire your contacts in a .csv format. Login to myhelio.com and import your contacts in to myhelio and from the contact list synch with myhelio.com. As always contact 888.88.helio for step by step assistance.
Q: How do I connect with my company email?
A: Using Microsoft Mail Exchange on the Helio Ocean you can connect with most corporate email services. You will need to check with your IT administrator to verify that your company uses the Exchange Server 2003 (Service Pack 2 or later) or Exchange Server 2007.

Q: How do I use Call Forwarding?
A: To activate Call Forwarding:

To deactivate Call Forwarding:

Within the first six month period:
1. You must first cancel your service with Helio by calling 888.88.HELIO.
2. Once you have canceled your service with Helio, you need to send the handset back to us with the RMA number that you will receive from us once you have filled out our online Return Authorization Form. Please make sure that you include all items that you received from us as you will be charged for every item that is missing including the box itself. If you do not return the handset back to us in good functional form within two weeks of cancellation, you will automatically be charged for the full price of the handset.
To return your Product to us under warranty:
After the six month Period:
You will need to cancel your service with Helio by calling 888.88.HELIO.
Within the first 30 days your need to return the defective device to us and we will send you a brand new handset. After the 30 days you need to contact Helio direct at 888.88.HELIO to have them send you a new replacement device.
If you would like to swap your device for a different device. You can swap your device by logining into your online account at www.helio.com.
You can return your device to Invicta Wireless within the first 30 days of your contract. Please note that your contract starts on the day of activation and not when you receive the device. As long as you return your device with all the contents including the box, you will receive a full refund of your handset price. Device refund is at the discretion of Invicta wireless based on the condition of the device and only if all items originally included with the device are returned in “like-new” condition. If the device and all items originally included with the device are not returned and in “like-new” condition, the refund will be prorated at the discretion of Invicta wireless. Before returning the device back to us please make sure that you have called Helio Member Care at 888.88.HELIO to cancel your service. If you cancel the service within the first six months of your contract and fail to return the handset back to us, you will be charged for the full price of the handset.

Helio will also reimburse you for any reconnect fees up to $50 to reactivate with your previous carrier (you must provide proof of reconnect fees)
